About Us
About Us
Be Here is for anyone longing to slow down, reconnect, and experience life with greater presence.
No previous experience with meditation, breathwork, or personal development is required.
Just bring yourself. We'll take care of the rest.
Marcus Bradley is a personal development coach, meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, and faculty member of the Hoffman Process, where he guides individuals through profound emotional and transformational work. Drawing from years of experience in mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and human development, Marcus helps people reconnect with themselves beneath the noise, expectations, and patterns that often shape their lives.
A former Division I basketball player and certified Wim Hof Method instructor, Marcus brings a unique blend of grounded presence, athletic discipline, and heartfelt authenticity to his work. His approach integrates meditation, breathwork, emotional awareness, and practical tools for living with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Marcus believes that healing is not about becoming someone new, but remembering who you are underneath the conditioning. Through retreats, coaching, and group experiences, he creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with nature, deepen their self-awareness, and return home to themselves.
For Marcus, the most meaningful transformations happen not through striving, but through presence.
Prakash is an Ayurvedic chef, wellness educator, and longtime student of holistic living who has spent more than three decades exploring the profound connection between food, health, and human flourishing. As the former chef of Nourish Wellness Café in Costa Mesa, he became known for creating vibrant, deeply nourishing meals that honor both ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and modern nutritional understanding.
For Prakash, food is more than sustenance, it is a pathway to balance, vitality, and connection. Every meal is thoughtfully crafted to support the body’s natural intelligence, helping guests feel grounded, energized, and at ease. Drawing from the timeless principles of Ayurveda, he creates culinary experiences that nourish not only the body, but also the mind and spirit.
At the Be Here retreat, Prakash’s meals are an integral part of the journey, inviting guests to slow down, savor, and experience nourishment as a practice of presence.
For five days, we invite you to step away from the noise and demands of everyday life and return to something simple: Yourself.
Nestled in the breathtaking Bitterroot Mountains of Sula, Montana, Be Here is an intimate retreat designed for those longing to slow down, reconnect, and remember what matters most. Surrounded by open skies, flowing water, towering pines, and the quiet wisdom of nature, you'll have the opportunity to pause the constant doing and rediscover the power of simply being.
Through meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, meaningful conversation, time in nature, and nourishing meals, we'll create a space where you can exhale, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked in the busyness of life.
This retreat is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you already are.
Whether you're seeking clarity, rest, inspiration, connection, or simply a few days away from the pressures of daily life, Be Here offers a supportive environment to slow down, listen deeply, and come home to yourself.
Ayurvedic cooking is the ancient art of preparing meals that honor your body, mind, and spirit. Based on the three doshas—Vata, Pitta & Kapha. Each meal is thoughtfully designed with wholesome, natural ingredients to balance your unique constitution, promote health, and restore harmony.
By blending centuries of wisdom with fresh, seasonal foods, Ayurvedic cuisine nourishes, heals, and energizes from the inside out.
Many restaurants claim to cook “organic,” but this is something entirely different. Every ingredient is intentionally chosen for its healing purpose—truly organic vegetables, fruits, and hand-selected herbs, with rare spices sourced directly from India to preserve authenticity and potency. Prakash personally travels to pick up key ingredients and oversees every step, ensuring there is no sugar, no artificial additives, no fake spices, and no garlic or onions—only pure, warm, freshly prepared food designed to support real digestion, balance, and restoration. This is not food made for trends; it is food made to nurture your body, calm your system, and help you genuinely heal from the inside out. And it tastes incredible, deeply satisfying, comforting, and full of natural flavor.
Our retreat home is nestled on 25 acres in the serene Bitterroot Mountains of Montana, surrounded by forests, meadows, creeks, and expansive big-sky views.
The property features a sauna, cold plunge, pond, hiking trails, fire pit, gathering spaces, and countless opportunities to connect with the natural world. Whether you're sitting quietly by the water, walking through the trees, sharing stories around the fire, or watching the sunset over the mountains, the land itself becomes part of the experience.
